Spring guide that allows the use of classic 7 mm springs, but also thicker upgraded 9 mm springs. It consists of an inner guide with an outer diameter of approx. 7 mm. On it is mounted a bearing and an outer sleeve that rotates axially. When the sleeve is fitted, it is possible to use the upgraded 9mm springs (meaning the inner diameter of the spring).

The outer rotating guide body is seated on a ball bearing. This makes stretching easier as the spring tends to rotate on its axis when compressed. This solution also increases the life of the set - less friction and stress on the spring. The guide is made of stainless steel with a perfectly smooth surface.
